For Athletes

You can log skill practice sessions, matches (BJJ and Boxing), and class attendance. Each session captures what you worked on, keeping your training history clear and organised.

Tap the + button, select your sport, then choose your session type — skill practice, match, or class. Add your categories, skills, and any notes, then save. It takes less than a minute.

Yes. You can log structured skill practice sessions and matches separately. For BJJ and Boxing, match logging includes options for competition, sparring, and rolling.

Your coach creates a class in Prymo and you join it through the app. Once you mark your attendance, the session is automatically added to your training history — no extra logging needed.

The journal is a record of every session you log. It lets you look back at your training history, spot patterns, and reflect on your progress over time. Everything is stored automatically.

After each session you can add your own reflection — what went well, what to work on. You can also request feedback from teammates, who can leave notes on your session. All feedback is saved in your journal.

Yes. Your logged activity feeds into graphs that show how often you are training and what you are focusing on. The more consistently you log, the clearer your progress becomes.

Prymo launches with four sports: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Reformer Pilates, and Yoga. More sports will be added after launch.

Yes. Prymo is designed to be simple and quick. Logging a session takes under a minute, and your journal and progress graphs update automatically as you go.
