Prymo Sports is an athlete development platform that helps clubs, coaches and athletes get more value from every training session through skill tracking, reflections, peer feedback and long-term development.
Yes. Prymo Sports is currently free to use while we continue to develop the platform.
In the future, we'll introduce an optional Prymo Sports Premium subscription that will include AI-powered features and additional premium tools. The core athlete development experience will continue to be available for free.
Prymo Sports currently supports:

- Boxing
- Pilates
- Yoga
Additional sports will be introduced in future updates.
Select Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.

Athlete FAQ
Open Settings, tap Club Affiliation, then enter the club code provided by your coach or club.
Yes. You can use Prymo Sports independently and join a club at any time.
Not at this stage. Each athlete can belong to one club at a time.
- Open the Training Calendar from your Profile, or tap the Calendar on your dashboard.
- Select the day on the calendar.
- Tap the class you want to attend.
- Tap Attend Class.
Your attendance will be recorded automatically.
If your coach or club has assigned categories and skills to the class, they will automatically be added to your Journal and progress graphs. If no categories or skills have been assigned, you can add them later from your Journal.

- Select Skill Practice.
- Choose your sport.
- Select the categories and skills.
- Rate your performance.
- Complete your journal reflection.
- Request peer feedback (optional).
- Save your session.

- Enter your match details.

Yes. When logging a Skill Practice, you'll be asked to select a category and skill. If the category or skill you need doesn't exist, tap + Add Category or + Add Skill to create your own.
Once created, your custom categories and skills can be used in future Skill Practice entries.
When logging a Skill Practice or Match, you can request peer feedback before saving your session.
Open the Journal tab to view all of your Skill Practice and Match entries. From there you can review, edit or delete previous sessions.
Open the Dashboard to view your training activity, attendance, skill development and peer feedback over time.
- Open your Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Privacy & Social.
From here you can change your profile picture, update your About Me, and edit your profile information.
Use the Search feature to find athletes, coaches and clubs. From there you can view profiles, add friends and send messages.
Join public or private community groups, create posts, comment, react to posts and stay connected with your club and teammates.
Your coach and club can view your training activity, skills worked on, progress graphs and journal entries.
If you mark a journal entry as Private, only your journal notes are hidden. The journal entry and its training details remain visible.
Private journal entries hide your written reflection while keeping the training session and training details visible to your coach and club.
If enabled, Prymo Sports can notify you about:
- Peer feedback requests
- Messages
- Friend requests
- Class reminders

Coach FAQ
A Coach account allows you to support your athletes by viewing their training activity and development.
Your Club Owner creates your Coach account and provides your login details.

No. If an athlete marks a journal entry as Private, only their journal notes are hidden.
Yes. Coaches can be assigned to multiple athletes within their club.
Step 1 – Create the class
- Open Class Planner.
- Select the day on the calendar.
- Tap the + button.
- Enter class name, sport, start and finish times, class capacity, recurrence (optional), coach (optional), and members (optional).
- Save the class.

- Open the class from the calendar.
- Tap Edit Details.
- Assign or change the coach, add/remove members, select categories and skills, add a class description, or edit class details.
Yes. Open the class in Class Planner, tap Edit Details, make your changes or delete the class if required.
Yes. When selecting categories and skills while creating or editing a class, tap + Add Category or + Add Skill to create your own. Once created, they can be reused in future classes.
Open the athlete's profile to view their journal, training activity, attendance and development graphs.
Yes. Coaches can create public or private community groups to communicate with athletes, share announcements and build engagement within their club.
Yes. Coaches can message athletes directly within Prymo Sports.

Club FAQ
A Club account allows you to connect coaches and athletes while supporting athlete development across your club.
- Open the Members tab.
- Tap Add Members.
- A unique club code will be generated.
- Share the code with your athletes.
- Athletes enter the code via Settings → Club Affiliation.
You can regenerate your club code at any time. Once a new code has been generated, the previous code will no longer work for new members.
Yes. Club Owners can create Coach accounts and assign athletes to coaches.
- Open the Members tab.
- Select the Coaches tab.
- Tap the + button.
- Select the coach.
- Choose the athletes you want to assign.
- Save your changes.
- Open the Members tab.
- Select the Athletes tab.
- Open the athlete's profile.
- Tap the Remove icon.
